Improve your life through Yoga in South West London
I am a yoga teacher, offering group and private classes in East Sheen, Barnes & South West London. Trained in vinyasa flow and yin yoga, I aim to facilitate in students a sense of wellness through mindful movement linked with breath, or stillness and contemplation.
My classes address postural issues and injuries caused by modern lifestyles, encouraging positive habitual movement patterns, improved proprioception, building strength and freeing tight areas of the body. Challenging and creative sequencing brings a sense of exploration and fun to my teaching.
