I don’t like January

… I’m sorry to be negative but it is not a good month; the Christmas break is over, it is STILL so dark all the time and frankly it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning!

BUT, moving the body and breath through a yoga practice Is absolutely guaranteed to lift my mood and energy levels. I always feel better after that first sun salutation and I promise, you will too!

Increasingly studies are showing the real and measurable benefits of yoga asana practice (moving), pranayama (breath) and mindful meditation on the nervous system, brain and body.

So it might be dark and cold out there but I do hope I have convinced you to join me this week at one of my group classes.
